Colleen joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in February of 2015. She is an Arizona native and has practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1999. Colleen has provided massage therapy services in both clinical and spa settings and utilizes various techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Medical Sports Massage, Swedish Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Relaxation Massage Therapy. She tailors each massage to her client's individual needs and utilizes a personalized, therapeutic approach to the treatment of muscle pain and dysfunction. Colleen specializes in treating clients with chronic pain, back injuries and fibromyalgia and has provided massage and healing techniques for the sick and terminally ill. She is committed to providing the highest level of quality massage services and has a passion for promoting health and wellness for her clients.

Jenny joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in January 2018 as both a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Physical Therapy Technician. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2014 and her Master of Education degree in 2016.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Jenny is skilled in multiple modalities including Swedish Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial, Sports, Trigger Point, and Prenatal Massage Therapy. She has great passion for the field of massage therapy and its related benefits and enjoys getting to know her clients and assisting them whether they are experiencing pain and discomfort or if they prefer a massage simply for relaxation purposes. Jenny consistently provides the highest level of massage services and enjoys assisting her clients in achieving their overall health and wellness goals.
Jenny is originally from Washington State and has been living in the Phoenix area for two years. As a Certified Athletic Trainer she also has experience working with college, high school and middle school athletes; helping them to prevent and manage athletic injuries. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys traveling, hiking, watching movies, and reading.
