Steve Kaye received his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois in 1986 and his Doctorate from EIM in December of 2011. He grew up in the Chicago area and moved to Arizona in 1991. Steve has been practicing as a physical therapist for over 23 years and in 2001 founded Arrowhead Physical Therapy and opened his first outpatient physical therapy office in the northwest valley. Steve has experience with a wide range of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and has received extensive continuing education in manual therapy and long-term spine courses. Steve believes that his company's success, which is characterized by compassion and clinical excellence, is a result of his dedication to patients and emphasis on providing superior patient care. He firmly believes that a supportive team environment and patient education are critical in ensuring that efficient and effective treatment results are achieved. Steve treats each patient like they are a member of his family and is committed to delivering quality, personal care in a professional, friendly environment that exceeds patients' expectations. He is a sprint triathlete and his past includes completing five marathons, participating in competitive volleyball, softball, wakeboarding, cross country, track and road races. Charlie joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in February of 2009. Charlie received his Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1997. He brings a solid background of evidence based practice and takes a very individualized approach to patient care. Charlie has treated a wide range of patients with varying diagnoses and enjoys them all. Charlie has taken extensive continuing education in manual therapy and orthopedic/sports rehabilitation and has served as a clinical instructor and guest lecturer on many occasions. Charlie has a passion for fitness and has completed several triathlons including Ironman AZ 2011. He enjoys seeing how fitness and lifestyle changes can positively impact the lives of his friends, family and patients. Eric joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in 2009. Eric received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University and enjoys orthopedics, manual therapy and preventative health and wellness. Eric has done extensive research in the physical therapy field and in 2010 was invited to present his doctoral research project at the National APTA Combined Sections Seminar. Eric enjoys treating a wide variety of patients and his focus in delivering the highest level of quality care stems from his genuine compassion and care for his patients. Eric has a passion for competitive athletics and enjoys a variety of sports including basketball, football, track and field, tennis and baseball. Heidi joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in February of 2011. She graduated from A.T. Still University in 2009 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Heidi has experience with a wide range of patients, however, her specialty is in the area of Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Heidi provides treatment for a variety of dysfunctions including incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy related musculoskeletal dysfunction, sacro-iliac instability, sciatic pain, carpal tunnel, and neck pain. Heidi completed a physical therapy internship in Australia and has extensive knowledge in manual therapy techniques. Heidi also enjoys treating orthopedic and sports related injuries and is dedicated to delivering the highest level of quality care to every one of her patients. Heidi has a passion for endurance athletic events and is looking forward to completing her first Ironman distance triathlon race in July of 2011. She enjoys running and a variety of other outdoor activities including hiking, biking, swimming and gardening. She has experience as a personal trainer and fitness boot camp instructor. Heidi enjoys traveling and has a rule of never completing the same race twice which has given her the opportunity to visit many different areas of the United States and other countries. ![]() Caleb Lionberger, PTAEducation:

Caleb joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in 2009. Caleb attended Gateway Community College where he obtained his Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting in 2006. In 2011, Caleb obtained his Bachelor degree in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona University. He has several years of experience working in various physical therapy clinics and rehabilitation institutes including specialty hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, neurological rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedic clinics. Caleb possesses a solid sports background from his experience working as a student athletic trainer at Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University. Caleb finds fulfillment in providing the highest level of quality care for his patients of all ages and encourages and supports them on their path to recovery. Caleb enjoys hiking, running, fishing, and jet skiing and has a passion for athletics including baseball, football, basketball and soccer. Kristy joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in August of 2010. She specializes in Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Bodywork, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Injury Massage. Kristy offers massage therapy programs that provide a variety of benefits including improved mobility, reduction of pain and stress, and a sense of ease and well-being within the body. Kristy takes pride in developing specialized, therapeutic programs that are customized to each client. Kristy is personally committed to not only achieving but exceeding her clients’ expectations. Whether the goal is to reduce the pain of stressed muscles or achieve maximum athletic performance, Kristy is dedicated to developing a therapeutic program which addresses each specific client need. Kristy educates her clients with respect to body awareness, stress reduction techniques and active self-care to ensure they receive the maximum benefits of massage during and after each therapeutic session. |
