Steve received his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois in 1986 and his Doctorate from EIM in December of 2011. He grew up in the Chicago area and moved to Arizona in 1991. Steve has been practicing as a physical therapist since 1986 and in 2001 founded Arrowhead Physical Therapy and opened his first outpatient physical therapy office in the northwest valley. Steve has experience with a wide range of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and has received extensive continuing education in manual therapy and long-term spine courses.
Steve believes that his company's success, which is characterized by compassion and clinical excellence, is a result of his dedication to patients and emphasis on providing superior patient care. He firmly believes that a supportive team environment and patient education are critical in ensuring that efficient and effective treatment results are achieved. Steve treats each patient like they are a member of his family and is committed to delivering quality, personal care in a professional, friendly environment that exceeds patients' expectations.
Steve is an active triathlete and completed the half and full Ironman Arizona in 2016. Steve also enjoys competitive volleyball, softball, wakeboarding, boating, snow-skiing, serving at church, and spending time with his wife, son, and triplet daughters.
Sharon Vosekalns, PT, MPT

Sharon joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in 2016. She obtained her undergraduate degree in 1996 from Bob Jones University in South Carolina and graduated in 1999 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Sharon has practiced physical therapy in South Carolina, New Hampshire and Arizona. She has concentrated her treatment expertise in outpatient orthopedics and has extensive knowledge in the evaluation and treatment of spinal and extremity diagnoses as a result of sports, work, trauma or repetitive overuse. Sharon has practical experience with aquatic therapy and fibromyalgia programs and has a special interest in the field of women’s health, particularly for the peri-partum mother.
Sharon has spent several years as a clinical education coordinator for PT, PTA, DO, ATC and Kinesiology student clinicals. She has a passion for educating and uses these skills in instructing her patients as well.
Outside of work, Sharon loves spending time with her husband and being a mom to her two awesome kids! For fun and exercise, she jogs and hikes in beautiful Arizona. She is actively involved in her church and in her spare time enjoys sharpening her culinary skills.

Jim joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in May of 2021. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Fresno State University in 1974 and has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients and related diagnoses. Jim maintains a high standard of patient care through combining manual therapy with exercise to promote optimal patient outcomes. He has a passion for educating his patients and ensures they receive the highest level of quality care.
Jim and his wife have co-founded physical therapy practices in Bakersfield, California and Colorado Springs, Colorado and in 2007 relocated to Sun City West, Arizona to be closer to family.
Jim has coached over fifty sports teams, for children aging from 4 to 19 years old, in six various sports including baseball, basketball, football, softball, soccer and golf.
Jim and his wife have three children and ten grandchildren. He spends a lot of time outdoors and enjoys being the caddy for his 7-year old grandson who is ranked in the top 30 golfers in the world. Jim also enjoys cooking, traveling with his wife, and serving others.
Caleb Lionberger, PTA, ATC

Caleb joined the Arrowhead Physical Therapy team in 2009. Caleb attended Gateway Community College where he obtained his Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting in 2006. In 2011, Caleb completed his Bachelor Degree in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona University. He has several years of experience working in various physical therapy clinics and rehabilitation institutes including specialty hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, neurological rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedic clinics.
Caleb possesses a solid sports background from his experience working as a student athletic trainer at Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University. He is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Instructor and provides instruction to his clients through understanding and addressing their physical limitations to enable them to improve their golf swing.
Caleb has experience in a number of adjunct therapies including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Kinesio Taping. Caleb is also a Certified Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR) Provider. He assists patients in identifying pain and dysfunction within the musculoskeletal system and uses techniques to improve movement and reduce pain. Caleb finds fulfillment in providing the highest level of quality care for his patients of all ages and encourages and supports them on their path to recovery.
Caleb enjoys hiking, running, fishing, and jet skiing and has a passion for athletics including baseball, golf, football, basketball and soccer. Caleb and his wife, Emillie, also enjoy volunteering and serving at their local church.
